Central Harborfront
Hong Kong

Visit the Sovereign Art Foundation (SAF) booth F19 and discover a playful take on the traditional shops found on Hong Kong’s characterful and vibrant old streets. Step into a colourful Chinese store brimming with traditional goods and curios and learn more about the important work the Foundation does in our city.

Within the booth, visitors of all ages can get creative and enjoy three crafty activities, including decorating paper lanterns, colouring in canvas tote bags and creating beautiful Chinese decorations out of recycled laisee packets in a kaleidoscope of bright colours.

Grown-ups will be invited to browse and buy copies of SAF’s recent photography book Queen’s Road West, The Vanishing Neighbourhood, produced in collaboration with noted urban photographer William Furniss. All proceeds of book sales will go towards funding the Make It Better Project, a SAF initiative which provides expressive arts workshops for children living in some of Hong Kong’s poorest areas.
