Art Central returns to Hong Kong’s iconic Central Harbourfront from March 26–30, marking its milestone tenth edition. As a cornerstone event of Hong Kong Art Week, the Fair has attracted over 300,000 visitors and featured more than 400 galleries in its first decade.
Today, Art Central is recognised as a respected platform where international, regional, and Hong Kong galleries showcase distinguished artists from Asia and around the world. Its ambitious creative programme is organised by guest curators and includes commissioned installations, performances, video art, talks, tours, workshops, and more.

Art Central VIPs enjoy exclusive access to the Fair and events designed to enhance their experience, both at the Fair itself and throughout the broader Hong Kong Art Week programme.

SHUTTLE BUS SCHEDULE
A complimentary shuttle bus service will connect Art Basel Hong Kong and Art Central from 27 to 30 March, making travel between the two fairs convenient and seamless. Art Basel VIP guests are welcome to visit Art Central. Admission is available by presenting an Art Basel VIP Pass at the entrance to the Fair.
PROGRAMME
Art Central 2025 will feature over 100 galleries and 500 artists from more than 40 countries and territories across the globe, showcasing over 1,000 artworks to see and buy. The galleries are accompanied by a dynamic program of large-scale installations, performances, video art, talks, tours and more—all included in the price of your ticket.

EAT CENTRAL BY BLACK SHEEP
Black Sheep will unveil the Black Sheep Gallery at the Eat Central space. Guests are invited to enjoy six world class experiences, with Vietnamese street food-inspired dishes from Chôm Chôm, an exuberant, lively Lebanese menu from Maison Libanaise, modern Japanese favourites from the spirited izakaya Fukuro, and French classics with a twist from Jean-Pierre, all topped off with scoops from Messina, Hong Kong’s favourite gelato.
Black Sheep’s Botanical Garden will be making its debut at the Fair. Paying homage to British heritage gardens, the bar features a menu of premium cocktails, spirits and wines, offering a sophisticated retreat where visitors can relax, rejuvenate and unwind.

SOHO HOUSE
Soho House returns with a pop-up bar featuring a mural centrepiece by artist Elsa Jeandedieu. The space invites visitors to immerse themselves in a lively, festive atmosphere, serving as the perfect social backdrop amidst a spirited celebration of the arts while showcasing Soho House’s commitment to promoting regional artists.

ILLYCAFFÉ
illycaffè proudly the illy Art Collection – GENESI for the first time in Hong Kong, honouring the stories of four distinguished female artists; Simone Fattal, Shirin Neshat, Monica Bonvicini, and Binta Diaw. Each artist has transformed the illy cup into a canvas enriched with their individual artistry. These creative motifs will also adorn illycaffè spaces at the Fair,where the splendour of art seamlessly harmonises with the excellence of illy’s signature coffee blend.

HOW TO GET HERE
The main entrance for Art Central is located along the Central and Western District Promenade, situation between Tamar Park and the Star Ferry Terminal.
Taxi: Taxi drop-off is located at 9 Lung Wo Road, with immediate access to the Fair Entrance. The official taxi queue is located at the Central Pier | Observation Wheel, approximately 5 minutes walking distance from Art Central.
MTR: From Central Station Exit A or Hong Kong Station Exit A2. The Fair is conveniently located within a 10-minute walking distance from both exits.
Bus: From the Central Bus Terminus, proceed towards the Central Ferry Pier along the footbridge.
Ferry: Star Ferry to Central Pier. Approximately 5 minutes walk to the Fair Entrance.
Parking: Parking is available at City Gallery, located at 3 Edinburgh Place in Central. Please click here to view City Gallery’s live Google Map location.

‘ART ROVER’ OPEN-TOP SIGHTSEEING BUS
‘Art Rover’ invites visitors to connect with arts in Hong Kong and dive into the city’s enchanting creative scene. Experience a captivating hop-on hop-off, open-top sightseeing bus tour on the new route “H1S HK Art Discovery”, through the Central Pier, conveniently located next to Art Central, Tai Kwun, West Kowloon Cultural District, and the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Complemented by audio guides, the tour promises to whisk you on an exciting journey through the city’s artistic gems.
